Description: For years this farm was one of our top producers and we had it broke into two seperate farms. But this year we revisisted the farm and decided to give groups the run of the entire farm. This farm is a true working farm with lots and lots of crop land, mainly corn and beans, however there is still more than enough unfarmed land to make this place a gem. Large CRP fields border standing corn, cattail filled sloughs hold birds all season, and help them survive even tough winters. There are multiple dugouts with long grass and trees as well as a winding long creek running through the property that holds lots of birds. Early in the year this farm needs to be driven with large groups to be effective, until the crops are out, but when harvest comes smaller groups can do well working the grass and other cover.

This property has it all: wooded homestead, CRP, sloughs, an old overgrown gravel pit, crops and some cattle, making a perfect mixture of winter cover and spring and summer food to have a good population of wild pheasants year around. Description: This property is the smallest farm we offer, but it hunts extremely well, in fact due to the excellent pheasant cover it hunts like a much larger farm. Ideal for small groups (2 or 3 hunters), this farm has been popular with clients for a number of years with good success rates. The property has a creek running through it, surrounded by some crops—including corn. There is an overgrown homestead on the north piece with a shelter belt surrounding it, some draws and a small slough with a dugout water pit. The fence lines are thick and grassy, just what small groups of pheasant hunters are looking for!
